At Pleatura, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a clear and fair return and refund process. Please review the policy below before initiating a return.

Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed within 2 business days. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in China. Standard shipping to the continental United States typically takes 15–20 business days after processing.

Free shipping is available on orders of $50.00 or more within the continental United States. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

We currently ship to the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or military bases.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (U.S. Central Time) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in original condition
All tags must be attached
Original packaging must be intact
Items must show no signs of wear or damage

We accept returns for:

Change of mind
Non-defective items
Defective or damaged items

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Final sale items (clearance, discontinued, or limited-time stock)
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used
Items without original tags or packaging
Seasonal promotional items (if applicable)

Standard apparel such as dresses, tops, knitwear, and pants can be returned within the 30-day period if they meet the conditions above.

Return Fees and Shipping

A 1% return handling fee applies to all returns.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Pleatura does not provide prepaid return labels.

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer service team via email or phone
Provide your order number and reason for return
Ship the item using a trackable shipping method

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days
The refund amount will exclude the 1% handling fee and any applicable taxes or duties

Additional Notes

Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted
Extended return periods (e.g., holidays) will be clearly stated on the website
All returns must meet the conditions above to be eligible for a refund
