At Pleatura, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and transparent shipping for all orders. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). Orders received after 5:00 PM (U.S. Central Time) will be processed on the next business day. Orders are only processed on business days; weekends and holidays are excluded.All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in China.
2. Shipping Destination
We ship to the continental United States only. Shipping is not available to:
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. minor islands
- U.S. military bases
- Any other U.S. territories

Import Taxes, Duties and Customs Fees For orders shipped from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China to the United States, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees are the sole responsibility of the customer (recipient). These charges are collected by U.S. Customs or the carrier upon delivery and are not charged or controlled by Pleatura.
Pleatura is not responsible for refunding any duties or taxes paid on returned items, as these are paid directly to government authorities.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery to the continental United States usually takes 15–20 business days from the date your order is processed. Delivery times may be extended due to:
- Customs inspections
- Public holidays
- Flight delays
- Weather or other unforeseen circumstances
We aim to ensure timely delivery and keep customers informed throughout the shipping process.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your shipment at https://www.17track.net/en for real-time updates.
6. Compliance with Returns
This shipping policy aligns with our Return & Refund Policy. Returned items must follow the guidelines stated there, including shipping back to the correct return address and paying the applicable return shipping fee and 1% handling fee.
